At Pony Parties, LLC, the safety of our animals, staff, and guests always comes first. Please review our policies carefully before booking your event - they help us make sure every party runs smoothly and safely for everyone!

Travel Policy
Travel fees may apply depending on your location.
Because we travel with a large truck and trailer, fuel costs can vary.
Fees typically range from $0-$100 based on distance. Provide your event address when booking and we'll confirm the travel fee in advance.

Max Events Per Day
To keep our animals and staff rested and happy, we limit ourselves to 6 events per day.
We appreciate your understanding if certain dates fill up quickly - our animals deserve breaks, too!

Adult Supervision
Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times during pony rides and petting zoo visits.
Pony Parties, LLC is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by unsupervised guests.

Deposits
A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Deposits are applied to your total balance and must be paid upon booking.
If you cancel your event, the deposit is forfeited; however, any other payments made will be refunded.

Photo Policy
By booking with Pony Parties, LLC, you agree that photos or videos taken during your event may be used for social media or website promotion.
Please let us know if you or any guests prefer not to be photographed, and we will absolutely respect that.

Minimum Requirements
To ensure a safe and smooth setup, please confirm:

There's enough space to park our truck and trailer safely.

The setup area is grass or soft ground.

There's shade or tent cover available for animals.

ALL guests are informed about proper behavior around animals (no yelling, running, chasing, etc).

Weather
We can often set up under tents or inside garages if the space is large enough. If there is heavy rain, lightning, or high winds, we may need to reschedule or cancel for safety.
Thank you for understanding that animal comfort and safety come first.

Smoking
Our animals are sensitive to smoke, so we ask that no one smokes near the animals or setup area at any time.

Parking
Please provide a safe, level, and easily accessible parking area for our truck and trailer.
We prefer not to park on busy roads or far from the event area.
Let us know ahead of time if backing into or turning around will be difficult - we'll plan accordingly.

Arrival/Setup
We usually arrive 15-30 minutes early to set up before your event starts.
Please understand that live animals and travel can sometimes be unpredictable. We'll always communicate if there's a delay due to traffic or animal care.

Your Pets
Please keep household pets indoors or out of sight while we're on-site.
This helps keep both your animals and ours calm, safe, and stress-free.

Inconvinience Fee Policy
Pony Parties, LLC reserves the right to assess a minimum $50 inconvenience fee (or more based on circumstances) for preventable delays, poor access conditions, or situations that affect setup, safety, or event timing.
Examples include blocked parking areas, last-minute location changes, unsafe ground conditions, or extended wait times upon arrival.
We do our best to make every event run smoothly - thank you for understanding and helping us stay on schedule!

Safety and Animal Welfare
The safety and well-being or our animals, staff, and guests are always top priority.
Pony Parties, LLC reserves the right to pause or end pony rides, petting zoo interactions, or events early if animals show signs of stress, unsafe behavior, or if conditions become hazardous (such as extreme weather, loud noises, or overcrowding).
We kindly ask that all guests treat our animals with gentleness and respect. Our animals are beloved family members, and their comfort comes first.
