When Can I Book?

Booking for each season opens in January.

Our party season typically begins April 1st, weather permitting.
How to use the Calendar:

Dates with colored dots indicate different events booked.

We may be able to double book - if your time is taken, still reach out!
Typical Event Hours:

Weekends: 10AM - 8PM

Weekdays: Limited availability by request

Need to Know

Any events that are over an hour and a half away from us must book a minimum of 2 hours.

Travel fees may apply.

Events should be booked 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Events may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather (heavy rain, lightning, extreme heat, etc.) Pony Parties will work with you to find a new date!

A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Dates are not held without a deposit.
